Shipping & Handling

Free Ground Shipping

We offer FREE ground shipping on shipments within the United States on all items eligible to ship via our standard carrier, UPS.*  Expedited shipping, if desired, is available for purchase during checkout. Larger items, which ship via truck, will be assessed a flat rate shipping charge which will be reflected during checkout.

*UPS requires physical street address for delivery.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Outlet items are usually shipped on the following business day (Mon- Fri) from the date of order placement. Please refer to the product page for availability and lead time information as it relates to each product. Please note, this lead time information is the date the product will be available to ship and expedited shipping, if selected, will not reduce the lead time of the product.

Standard delivery is estimated at 4 – 7 business days (Mon – Fri) from the date of shipment, to the contiguous US. Standard delivery to HI/AK is estimated at 12 business days from the date of shipment.

Order Tracking

We will provide an email confirmation with tracking for every shipment of your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be accessible through UPS’ tracking systems. If you registered for Shop HF account, you may also access tracking information via your order history of your account by logging in and navigating to the Orders tab.

International Deliveries

We’re sorry but we are not currently set up to ship internationally. Please contact Customer Service for referral to a local International showroom.

Damaged Shipments

We pack shipments of Hubbardton Forge products to arrive at their destination in perfect condition. However, if there is a problem; please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please inspect your orders upon delivery and report any shipping damage to Hubbardton Forge Customer Service immediately. All damage must be reported within 15 days from delivery.

 

Large Package Damage (LTL/Truck Shipment)
For items shipping via truck, inspect all shipments and note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and contact Hubbardton Forge immediately to report any damage. Failure to properly notate damages or shortages upon receipt will void our ability to file a damage claim.

 

Returns

Hubbardton Forge is committed to exceptional customer satisfaction. We proudly stand behind our Outlet items with our  Lifetime Limited Warranty.

OUTLET items are first quality, often returned, like-new items. All OUTLET item sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.*

*We only accept returns for refund or exchange in the case of items damaged in transit (packages must be inspected upon receipt).
